Lennox Insolvency helps directors of Scottish companies make decisions about company rescue and formal insolvency. We opened our Glasgow office in September 2026, building on the Scottish appointments already handled by the wider BusinessRescueExpert group. Our team combines many years of business experience with the expertise of licensed insolvency practitioners and turnaround professionals.
Meet the Senior Team
Eamonn Wall
Eamonn founded BusinessRescueExpert and has worked in insolvency for around 30 years and spent more than 20 years owning and running businesses. He helps directors weigh their commercial options, whether the company can recover or needs an orderly closure.
Kevin Pinkerton
Kevin is a licensed insolvency practitioner. He leads the group’s North West office and co-leads its TRE turnaround advisory work with Eamonn. A lawyer by background, he has more than 23 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency law and over 18 years as a qualified insolvency practitioner. He was previously national head of restructuring and insolvency at a law firm.
Christopher Horner
Chris is the group’s Insolvency Director and a licensed insolvency practitioner. He has handled liquidations and administrations for BRE clients over many years, including Scottish appointments before our Glasgow office opened. He guides directors through the process and manages formal cases once appointed.
Our Glasgow office
